In the webinar, we will:

  • Share ideas and examples that can be applied across different businesses

  • Walk through strategies that save time and reduce manual work

When time allows — and to be fair to all participants — we may:

  • Access a client’s account live

  • Fix small issues or create simple automations

  • Use real accounts as teaching examples for the group

👉 Any live work is done only if time allows and only when it benefits the group as a whole.

This webinar IS:

  • A group support and education session

  • A place to ask questions and get ideas

  • A way to better understand how to use your CRM

The priority is always to answer questions that help the most people attending.

  • Guaranteed live work on every account

  • A replacement for individual services

If you miss the session, IDX is not responsible for missed support time

Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled

If you miss a Digital Experience support hour, you’ll need to wait for the next monthly session, typically held about once per month.
